太湖蓝藻暴发的治理

摘要:针对太湖2007—2017年蓝藻暴发治理效果欠佳,每年蓝藻暴发面积仍然很大,2017年的最大暴发面积超过2007年最大暴发面积43%,藻密度全湖普遍增加的现状,分析了太湖蓝藻暴发治理效果和存在问题及原因,提出了消除富营养化和在2049年之前分水域消除蓝藻暴发的目标及实现此目标的技术集成综合对策,包括消除富营养化、消除蓝藻暴发和恢复湿地三大措施,建议再次修编太湖流域水环境综合治理规划方案等,使太湖治理由目前的治理富营养化转入治理富营养化与消除蓝藻暴发并重的阶段。

Abstract:The treatment effects of the blue algae outbreak in Taihu Lake and the existing problems and its reasons were analyzed. The objective of eliminating eutrophication and eliminating blue algae outbreaks in sub-waters before 2049 and the integrated technical countermeasures to achieve the objective were proposed, including three major measures of eliminating eutrophication, eliminating blue algae outbreaks and restoring wetlands. It is suggested that the plan for comprehensive water environment management in the Taihu Lake River Basin should be revised once more so that the current eutrophication control in the Taihu Lake can be transferred to a stage where the treatment of eutrophication and the elimination of blue algae outbreaks are both important.
