    采用浸没式超滤工艺处理沉淀池排泥水,试验分析了Fe2+和PMS同步混凝氧化预处理工艺对超滤净化排泥水的影响。结果表明:Fe2+和PMS同步混凝氧化预处理对排泥水中的颗粒物、微生物和有机物去除效果良好;当Fe2+和PMS投加量均为0.15mmol/L时,净化后出水的三氯甲烷和嗅味物质含量均低于GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》限值;在Fe2+和PMS的同步混凝氧化作用下,超滤膜污染得到了有效的缓解。

    Abstract:

    Immersion ultrafiltration(UF)process was employed to treat the sedimentation tank sludge water. The effect of Fe2+ and peroxymonosulfate(PMS)synchronous coagulation and oxidation pretreatment on the purification of sludge water by UF was experimentally analyzed. The results show that Fe2+ and PMS synchronous coagulation and oxidation pretreatment had good removal efficiency of particulate matters, microorganisms and organic matters in the sludge water. With the dosages of Fe2+ and PMS both being 0.15 mmol/L, the contents of trichloromethane and odor substances in the purified effluent were both lower than the limiting value of Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water(GB 5749—2006). Under the simultaneous coagulation and oxidation of Fe2+ and PMS, the fouling of ultrafiltration membrane was effectively alleviated.
