    选取西安建筑科技大学校园一部分,结合场地实际情况,按照效益-成本双重目标进行绿色基础设施规模设计,在提升一定的设计降雨重现期后,以最低的建设成本使新建绿色基础设施发挥最大的效能,运用NSGA-Ⅱ算法寻找绿色基础设施建设规模效益-成本关系的Pareto前沿面。结果显示: 在一定范围内,随着汇水区域降雨截留量比例的提高,汇水区域单位面积承担的建设成本提高较缓慢,在此范围内选取建设方案比较经济,一旦超出这个范围后,汇水区域降雨量截留比例的增加会使汇水区域单位面积承担的建设成本急剧变大。

    Abstract:

    A part of the campus of Xian University of Architecture and Technology was chosen to study how to determine the scale of green infrastructure based on the benefit-cost analysis. Scale design of green infrastructure is according to the dual goal of benefit and cost. After improving the rainfall reappearance period, we try to maximize the efficiency of green infrastructure with the lowest construction cost. The NSGA-II algorithm was used to find the Pareto front of the benefit-cost relationship of green infrastructure scale. The results show that, with the increase of the rainwater retention ratio, the construction cost of green infrastructure will increase slowly in a certain range. Beyond this range, the increase of the rainwater retention ratio will lead to a sharp increase in the construction cost.
