    以固原海绵城市建设核心示范区为研究区,采用考虑水文过程的二维水动力城市雨洪模型,通过模拟典型设计降雨过程下的海绵城市建设前后研究区的内涝积水情况,对固原海绵城市内涝削减效果进行分析。结果显示:在2年一遇降雨条件下,研究区内9个重点内涝点得到明显改善,积水量峰值降低59.54%,积水面积峰值降低62.50%;当降雨重现期为30年一遇时,研究区内重点内涝点内涝有所缓解,内涝风险等级降低,积水量峰值降低60.37%,积水面积峰值降低69.88%。

    Abstract:

    Taking the core demonstration area of Guyuan sponge city as the research area, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic urban rainfall flood model considering hydrological process was used to analyze the waterlogging reduction effect of Guyuan sponge city by simulating the waterlogging situation of the study area before and after the construction of the sponge city under the typical design rainfall process. The results show that under the condition with a recurrence period of 2 years, 9 key waterlogging points in the study area have been significantly improved, the water accumulating volume has been reduced by 59. 54%, and the peak value of accumulated water area has been reduced by 62. 50%. When the recurrence period of rainfall is 30 years, the waterlogging of the key waterlogging points in the study area will be alleviated, the risk level of waterlogging will be reduced, the water accumulating volume will be reduced by 60. 37%, and the peak value of accumulated water area will be reduced by 69. 88%.
