    针对2003年以来连续出现的鄱阳湖低水位对湖区民生、水生态、水环境产生的显著影响,通过实测系列水文数据,从流域降雨、长江上游干支流水库群蓄水、长江干流及鄱阳湖入江水道冲刷等方面,对枯水期水位变化的原因及趋势进行分析。结果表明,鄱阳湖枯水期低水位将长期存在,对鄱阳湖的影响将持续恶化。提出兴建鄱阳湖水利枢纽工程是解决枯水期低水位问题的最佳方案。

    Abstract:

    The continuous low water level of Poyang Lake has had a significant impact on people’s life, water ecology and water environment in the lake area since 2003. Based on a series of measured hydrological data, the causes and trends of the variation of water level in low-water season are analyzed in terms of rainfall in the basin, reservoir storage in the main and tributary reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, scouring in waterway of Poyang Lake to Yangtze river and its main stream. The results show that the low water level of Poyang Lake will exist for a long time in low-water season, and the impact on Poyang Lake will continue to deteriorate. It is proposed that the construction of Poyang Lake Water Conservancy Project is the best measure to solve the problem of low water level in low-water season.
