    摘要:

    基于实体水网对象和过程的数字化来构建数字水网,并将其划分为空间数据水网、工艺流程水网和拓扑关系水网3种表现形式。采用3S集成技术、知识图与组件技术,基于综合集成平台来搭建数字水网可视化的业务环境。将数字水网应用于京津冀地区的水功能区考核管理,实现了可视化的数字水网与业务融合应用,为京津冀地区水资源高效利用与管理提供决策支持与技术支撑,同时为智慧水网的发展提供新的思路与解决方案。

    Abstract:

    The digital water networks(DWN)are established based on the digital objects and process of actual water network. The DWN were divided into three types, including spatial data, technological processes and topological relations. Adopting 3S integrated technology, knowledge map technology, component technology and integrated platform, a visualization environment of DWN was constructed. The DWN was applied to the assessment and management of water functional zone in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region to realize the integration application of digital water networks visualization, aiming to provide decision and technical support for efficient utilization and management of water resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region, and in the meantime supply a new idea and method for the development of intelligent water networks.
