The cultural ecology has witnessed changes from traditional type into modern one. In the process, rural culture has been reduced to governance dislocation, which rendered external prosperity as well as internal depression. It is a must to reculpture the cultural ecology of rural areas on the basis of villages, so as to〓 implement stable modernization. Comprehenssive involvement of government, communities and peasants are all required. The cultural ecology on the basis of a community as a governance unit will be built up, and the rural culture may conduct a successful transition, as long as reculpture the new model of cultural development which matched up with national interference and the contruction of cultural organization.
