The sharing economy is of great importance for cultivating new economic kinetic energy and stimulating economic growth, but there are not systematical studies of the sharing economy in the academic circles. As a kind of emerging economy, the sharing economy has the characteristics of rapid development, multiparticipation and unique operating mechanism. It also faces many risks in the development process: the risk of imperfect law, the risk of tax loss, the risk of monopoly and unfair competition, and the risk of information asymmetry and negative externalities. In order to promote the standardized development of the sharing economy, it is necessary to conduct compliance control, coordinated governance, and social governance.
