Journal of Hohai University (Natural Sciences ) (ISSN 1000-1980, CN 32-1117/TV) is a scientific and technological journal sponsored by Hohai University and supervised by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Founded in 1957, the current editor-in-chief is Professor Zheng Jinhai, President of Hohai University.

Adhering to the academic philosophy of "Taking Water as the Link, Serving the Country, Pursuing Excellence", the journal focuses on fields such as hydrology and water resources, water environment and aquatic ecology, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, civil engineering, port and waterway engineering, coastal and ocean engineering, smart water conservancy, green energy, and new materials. It promotes interdisciplinary integration between water conservancy and information, energy, materials, ecology, oceanography, mechanics, mathematics and other disciplines, drives theoretical breakthroughs and practical innovation in water conservancy science and engineering technology, and strives to build an internationally influential academic journal with distinctive features in water conservancy.
