    基于当前国际流行的压力-状态-响应框架,以宁南县为评价区域,选取15项指标,建立白鹤滩水电站对宁南县生态效应评价指标体系。采用专家打分法与归一法相结合确定权重,利用宁南县2009—2013年统计年鉴与白鹤滩水电站建设规划等相关材料确定指标值,计算生态效应综合评价指数,并对各具体指标进行分析。研究结果表明,白鹤滩水电站建设对宁南县地区生态效应综合评价指数为0.170 3,处于正向影响但不明显的状态。

    Abstract:

    Based on the current international popular pressure-state-response(PSR)analytical model, an evaluation system for the ecological effects of Baihetan Hydropower Station is established to assess Ningnan County by choosing 15 indices. The expert scoring method and the normalized method are employed to determine the weights. The values of various indices are determined according to the statistical yearbooks of Ningnan County from 2009 to 2013 and the related construction planning documents of Baihetan Hydropower Station. Finally, the values of the comprehensive indices for the ecological effects are calculated, and each specific index is analyzed. The results show that the value of the comprehensive index(E)for the ecological effects of the construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station is 0. 1703, and it is in a positive state and but not obvious.
