Taking the social management innovation of resettlement village in Danjiangkou Reservoir area of Henan Province an example, from the perspective of social integration theory based on T. Parsons' AGIL model, the redifferentiation of internal structure and social integration among the immigrants are highlighted. The strategies and logics for immigrants' political integration, economic integration, social and cultural integration are investigated in order to achieve the status of “being moveable, stable, evolvable and rich”.
