Aiming at the heterogeneity of policy satisfaction in reservoir areas caused by the spatial heterogeneity of resource endowment, the theory of customer satisfaction is introduced, and based on the structural equation model, the structural equation model for residents' policy satisfaction of operational management in the reservoir area under the spatial differentiation of resource endowment is established. The spatial heterogeneity of policy satisfaction in the reservoir area is revealed. Furthermore, some suggestions on policy making in the reservoir area under the spatial heterogeneity are put forward. Taking Xixikou Reservoir as an example, the proposed analysis framework is employed to study the spatial heterogeneity of policy satisfaction in the reservoir area.
