摘要:

集成推广先进适用的节水技术、产品，充分发挥科技创新在节水工作中的引领作用，不断提升科技支撑保障能力，可以创造更大的节水效益。在总结节水技术及科技支撑现状的基础上，分析预测节水科技发展需求，运用创新理念提出合同节水管理科技支撑体系的建设内容。

Abstract:

The efficiency of water saving is increased by promoting advanced technology and improving the support ability of water saving science. Based on the summary of the practice of water saving technology and the expected demand of the development of water saving technology, we build a innovative system to supply scientific support to water saving management contract.
