Since the promotion of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Sichuan Province, some results have been achieved. Combined with the actual situations in the pilot counties, the reforms of construction of property right system, engineering facilities, determination of the initial water rights, formation mechanism of water price, precise subsidy and water-saving incentive mechanism, the relevant experience is summarized, the main problems are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward so as to provide some reference for the promotion of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in the southwest regions of China.
