In order to improve the management level of construction quality of roller compacted concrete(RCC)dams, the initial evaluation indexes of risk of construction quality are established including compaction capacity, compressive strength, durability, deformation characteristics and combination of layers. The expert evaluation and the correlation analysis are used to obtain the final evaluation indexes. The grey multi-level evaluation model is established to evaluate the construction quality of RCC dams, and the existing problems in the construction process are judged by the evaluation results.
