摘要:

在梳理我国生态流量管理现状的基础上，总结分析了我国生态流量管理的现状与成效，针对存在的主要问题提出了加强生态流量管理的对策建议，以期为推动生态流量保障工作提供支撑。

Abstract:

Based on the relevant analysis, the current management situation and effectiveness of ecological flow in China are summarized and analyzed. With regard to the existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of ecological flow are put forward so as to provide support for promoting the work of ensuring ecological flow.
