Abstract:Under the background of vigorously developing ecological civilization in China, the value of ecological products puts forward higher requirements for the benefits of comprehensive river basin management projects. From the perspective of ecological product value creation, comprehensive watershed management projects pay more attention to the unity of ecological, economic and social benefits. However, in the process of promoting the value creation of ecological products, traditional watershed comprehensive management projects still have many problems, such as the lack of collaborative governance, the neglect of source governance, and the low construction efficiency, which seriously affect the adequacy and efficiency of the value mining of ecological products. Based on the system equilibrium theory, this paper takes Shenzhen-Guanguan Maozhou River Basin Water Environment Treatment Project carried out by Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd as an example, summarizes the experience of project management mode of comprehensive watershed management, and puts forward optimization measures in three dimensions: scientific top-level design, perfect implementation path and innovative project implementation mode, help the river basin to improve the supply of ecological products, and realize the goal of comprehensive river basin management of harmonious coexistence of human and nature.Studying the benefits of watershed comprehensive management projects from the perspective of value creation of ecological products further deepens the development of watershed comprehensive management theory and provides reference experience for the national watershed comprehensive management.
