    摘要:

    为准确评估水利风景区综合效益,促进水利风景区生态产品价值实现,通过文献查询、调查访谈和实地测量,健全了水利风景区生态系统生产总值核算清单,细化了其中文化服务价值货币化核算的指标和方法,并以开封柳园口水利风景区为例进行生产总值核算。结果表明:水利风景区调节服务功能和文化服务功能在其生态系统生产总值中贡献较大;水利风景区单位面积生态系统生产总值明显高于其他地区,蕴含了较高的生态价值;需进一步探索水利风景区生态产品价值实现的路径,以促进水利风景区可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    n order to accurately evaluate the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy scenic spots and promote the realization of the value of ecological products in water conservancy scenic spots, a comprehensive list of ecological products in water conservancy scenic spots was established through literature search, survey interviews, and on-site measurements. The indicators and methods for monetization of cultural service value were refined, and the gross domestic product value was calculated using the Liuyuankou Water Conservancy Scenic Spot in Kaifeng as an example.The results indicate that the regulatory and cultural service functions of water conservancy scenic spots contribute significantly to their ecosystem gross domestic product.The gross ecosystem product per unit area of the water conservancy scenic area is significantly higher than that of other regions, containing high ecological value.Further exploration is needed to explore the path of realizing the value of ecological products in water conservancy scenic spots, in order to promote the sustainable development of water conservancy scenic spots.
