    针对含盐量高的富营养化水体,采用桶栽方式研究了盐度对香蒲去除富营养化水体中氮磷的影响。结果表明,在盐度范围为0~1.00%时,香蒲可快速、高效地去除水体中的氮磷等营养物质。但水体中NH+4-N、TN和TP的去除率整体随盐度增加而呈下降趋势,盐度的增加引起了植物某些生理特性的改变,NaCl胁迫下香蒲叶片组织中叶绿素含量均较对照显著下降。较高盐度(1.00%)胁迫下,香蒲会通过积累脯氨酸来调节体内细胞的渗透势,但叶片组织中丙二醛含量会显著增加,植物叶片组织的细胞膜系统受到伤害。香蒲在盐胁迫下生理生化指标的变化与其对富营养化水体中氮磷的去除效果具有一致性。

    Abstract:

    The effects of salinity on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from eutrophic water using barrel-planted Typha angustifolia L. were studied. The results show that, when the salinity ranged from 0 to 1. 00%, Typha angustifolia L. could remove nitrogen and phosphorus from eutrophic water efficiently and quickly. The removal rates of NH+4-N, TN, and TP significantly decreased with the increase of salinity. With the increase of salinity, the physiological characteristics of Typha angustifolia L. changed. In comparison with the control group, the chlorophyll content in the leaves of the tested Typha angustifolia L. significantly decreased under NaCl stress. With 1. 00% salinity, Typha angustifolia L. could accumulate sufficient proline to achieve osmoregulation. However, the content of malondialdehyde(MAD)in the leaves of the plants increased significantly and the plasma membrane was damaged. The results of this study indicate that the changes of physiological and biochemical indices of Typha angustifolia L. under NaCl stress are consistent with the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from eutrophic water.
