    超滤膜在饮用水厂升级改造过程中的应用日益增多,超滤膜与常规饮用水净化工艺的适配方式成为设计人员面临的首要问题。总结国内饮用水厂升级改造过程中的超滤膜组合工艺,分析预氧化、混凝、沉淀、过滤等预处理单元对超滤膜的影响,并基于超滤膜组合工艺的膜污染减缓机制对不同组合工艺进行了适配性评价,旨在为水厂设计提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Use of ultrafiltration membranes in the upgrading process for drinking water plants has become increasingly popular. A primary issue is the suitable combination of ultrafiltration membranes and the conventional drinking water treatment process. This paper provides a summary of combined techniques using ultrafiltration membranes in the upgrading processes for drinking water plants in China. The effects of pretreatments involving pre-oxidation, coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration on the ultrafiltration membrane are analyzed. Based on the mechanisms of ultrafiltration membrane fouling control, the suitability of different combined processes is evaluated, providing references for water plant design.
