Abstract:The adsorption properties and behavior of hyper-crosslinked resin NDA-66 with regard to o-phthalic acid(ο-PA)were studied through an isothermal adsorption experiment. Meanwhile, the adsorption-desorption processing parameters of the NDA-66 resin in treating DBP production wastewater were optimized. Through preliminary selection, the NDA-66 resin was found to perform strongly in adsorption of ο-PA. The adsorption equilibrium data were detected at temperatures of 15℃, 30℃, and 45℃, respectively. The results show that the adsorption equilibrium data agreed with the Freundlich isotherm, and the temperature had a large influence on the adsorption process. The parameter optimization experiment shows that the optimal adsorption parameters of the NDA-66 resin are as follows: a pH value between 2. 0 and 2. 4, a temperature of 30℃, and a flow rate of 1. 5BV/h; and the optimal desorption parameters of the NDA-66 resin are as follows: a desorption agent amount and composition of 1 BV 8% NaOH and 2 BV H2O, a temperature of 55℃, and a desorption rate of 1. 5 BV/h.
