Abstract:An experiment of supercritical water gasifying with catalyst of landfill leachate was carried out and the effect of different catalysts K2CO3, Na2CO3, NaOH, and KOH on H2 yield and the removal rate of COD, TOC, TN, and NH3-N in leachate were investigated. The results show that under the reaction condition of 450℃, 28MPa, and 15min, the order from large to small of the influence of the 4 catalysts on H2 yield is NaOH, KOH, K2CO3, and Na2CO3. When the NaOH addition is 5 g, the volume percentage of H2 reaches the maximum value of 54. 45%. Under the same reaction condition, the removal rate of COD, TOC, TN, and NH3-N increases obviously with the addition of catalyst.
