    摘要:

    对垃圾渗滤液进行超临界水气化试验,考察不同催化剂K2CO3、Na2CO3、NaOH和KOH对H2产率以及对渗滤液中COD、TOC、TN和NH3-N去除率的影响。试验结果表明,在450℃、28 MPa、15 min 的反应条件下,4种催化剂对H2产率的影响从大到小依次为NaOH、KOH、K2CO3和Na2CO3,且在NaOH添加量为5 g 时,H2体积分数达到最大值54.45%;在相同的反应条件下,渗滤液中COD、TOC、TN和NH3-N的去除率均随着催化剂的加入而有明显上升。

    Abstract:

    An experiment of supercritical water gasifying with catalyst of landfill leachate was carried out and the effect of different catalysts K2CO3, Na2CO3, NaOH, and KOH on H2 yield and the removal rate of COD, TOC, TN, and NH3-N in leachate were investigated. The results show that under the reaction condition of 450℃, 28MPa, and 15min, the order from large to small of the influence of the 4 catalysts on H2 yield is NaOH, KOH, K2CO3, and Na2CO3. When the NaOH addition is 5 g, the volume percentage of H2 reaches the maximum value of 54. 45%. Under the same reaction condition, the removal rate of COD, TOC, TN, and NH3-N increases obviously with the addition of catalyst.
