    分析了南淝河水系的2017年、2018年逐月天然径流量,根据污水处理厂入河水量和主要污染物入河量推算2017年、2018年逐月入巢湖污染通量,并进行污染通量解析。提出南淝河治理思路:解决城区污水直排和混排历史遗留问题,重视城市建成区初期雨水和农村面源污染盲点,缓解河道基流匮乏和河渠不畅问题,采取城市重污染河道综合治理模式。

    Abstract:

    The monthly natural runoff of Nanfeihe River System in 2017 and 2018 was analyzed. The pollution fluxes into Chaohu Lake in each month in 2017 and 2018 were calculated according to the volume of water and the major pollutants into the river from wastewater treatment plants. The pollution fluxes were analyzed and the idea of harnessing the Nanfeihe River was proposed. The historical problems of direct and mixed sewage discharge in urban areas should be solved. More attention should be paid to the initial rainwater in urban built-up areas and the blind spots of rural non-point source pollution. Its suggested to ease the lack of river base flow and the unsmooth the problem of river channel. The integrated treatment model of urban heavily polluted river should be adopted.
