Abstract:Based on the methods of TOPSIS and coupling coordination degree, the adaptive utilization capacity of water resources in Tarim River Basin and five administrative regions was quantitatively studied. On this basis, five typical indexes were selected to control the coordinated development of water resources, economic society and ecological environment subsystem in Tarim River Basin by multi-dimensional critical regulation model. The results show that, from 2004 to 2016, the water resource adaptive utilization capacity in Tarim River Basin is between 0.4-0.5, which is in the middle level as a whole; the average level of Aksu Region is the lowest, and the average level of Hotian Region is the highest. After the multi-dimensional critical regulation, the entropy value of the system decreases from 0. 296 in the current year to 0.027 in the year after the regulation, and the system tends to be stable, indicating the coordination degree among subsystems has become better and the system is developing in the direction of orderly coordination.
