    为了解张福河浮游植物群落结构特征,于2019年7月(夏季)、9月(秋季)和12月(冬季)进行3次调查与取样,利用改进的Levins生态位宽度和Petrailis生态位重叠指数测度浮游植物优势种的生态位。结果表明:共鉴定到浮游植物140种,其总平均密度大小顺序为秋季、夏季、冬季;优势种共16种,以硅藻门和绿藻门为主且多为中富营养指示物种,季节更替显著,优势度指数的变化范围为0.021~0.360;优势种生态位宽度的变化范围为0.333~0.966,生态位重叠指数的变化范围为 0.000~0.998;张福河浮游植物种类较丰富,但具有潜在水华风险。

    Abstract:

    In order to find out the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure of Zhangfu River, three surveys and samples were conducted in July(summer), September(autumn)and December(winter)of 2019. Niche of the dominant species of phytoplankton was measured by the improved Levins niche width and Petrailis niche overlap index. The results show that a total of 140 species of phytoplankton are identified in the samples taken. The total average density is greater in autumn than in summer and also than in winter. There were 16 dominant species, mainly Diatom and Chlorophyta, and most of which are the mesotrophic and eutrophic indicator species. The seasonal change was significant. The dominance index varies from 0. 021 to 0. 360. The niche width varies from 0.333 to 0.966, The niche overlap index varies from 0.000 to 0.998, The above results indicate that phytoplankton species in Zhangfu River are abundant, but there is a potential risk of water bloom.
