    针对联安围防洪保护区地形多变,水系复杂的特点,以水力学方法为理论基础,构建了一维水流模型与二维非恒定流模型水动力耦合的洪水模拟模型,综合考虑研究区丘陵地形、不同重现期洪水、防洪系统薄弱堤段等组合情景,进行基于情景方案的河道溃决洪水演进模拟及风险分析,模拟不同情景下保护区内的淹没面积、水深、溃口流量过程和洪水演进过程。结果表明,该模型能综合反映溃堤洪水造成的影响,可为洪水灾害的预警提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    In view of varied terrains and the complex water system in the Lian'anwei flood protection zone, a hydrodynamic model coupling one-dimensional flow model and two-dimensional unsteady flow model was developed for flood simulation based on hydraulic methods. The model took into account the combined scenarios of hilly terrain, floods with different return periods, and weak dikes of the flood control system in the study area, and was used to simulate the submerged area, water depth, breach flow process, and flood routing process in the flood protection area under different scenarios. The results show that the model can accurately reflect impacts of floods caused by dike breaching and provide technical support for early warning of flood disasters.
