    在系统梳理生态系统服务功能及生态系统生产总值核算方法的基础上,聚焦水生态系统,选取2004―2021年相关研究文献进行统计分析,筛选出水生态系统生产总值3大类14项指标,归纳了水生态系统生产总值核算体系,给出了各指标的核算方法及详细计算公式;以向家坝水电站为算例,基于水生态系统生产总值核算体系,评估了水利水电工程建设对水生态系统生产总值的影响,评估结果显示,2011年至2015年间水生态系统生产总值变化量为261.1893亿元,其中:物质产品价值变化量为111.4940亿元,调节服务价值变化量为84.8151亿元,文化服务价值变化量为64.8802亿元。该研究为评价水利水电工程对水生态系统服务影响提供有效方法,为水利水电工程建设、水电能源的可持续开发利用提供参考,并对未来水生态系统生产总值研究应用前景提出建议。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of systematically sorting out the ecosystem service functions and the accounting method of the gross ecosystem product (GEP), focusing on the water ecosystem, selecting relevant research literature from 2004 to 2021 for statistical analysis, and screening out 14 indicators of the gross water ecosystem product in 3 categories. Summarized the gross water ecosystem product accounting system, and gave the accounting methods and detailed calculation formulas of each index. Taking Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station as an example, based on the gross water ecosystem product accounting system, the impact of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering on the gross water ecosystem product was evaluated, the assessment results show that the change in the gross water ecosystem product from 2011 to 2015 was 26.11893 billion yuan. The change in value of material goods was 11.1494 billion yuan, the change in value of regulation services was 8.48151 billion yuan, and the change in value of cultural services was 6.48802 billion yuan. This study provides an effective method for evaluating the impact of water conservancy and hydropower engineering on water ecosystem services, provides a reference for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, sustainable development and utilization of hydropower energy, and puts forward suggestions for future research and application prospects of the gross water ecosystem product.
