    摘要:

    针对疏浚淤泥真空排水室内试验小模型筒的尺寸效应以及方形箱边界摩擦影响较大的问 题,研制了以大直径圆筒为试验容器的疏浚淤泥真空排水室内试验仪器装置。装置包含模型箱、排 水系统、加压系统、真空抽气系统、阀门控制系统、尾水收集系统和量测系统7 个主要部分。通过 3 组对比试验,在3 种真空度作用下对仪器装置进行了测试,试验结果符合真空排水的基本规律, 同时证实了最优真空度的存在。

    Abstract:

    In consideration of the size effect of the small-scale cylinder and the obvious lateral friction effect of the square box in a dredged sludge vacuum drainage laboratory test, an instrument for the dredged sludge vacuum drainage laboratory test was developed, with a large-diameter cylinder used as the test container. The instrument consists of seven parts, including the model box, drainage system, pressure system, vacuum pumping system, valve controlling system, tail water collection system, and measurement system. Three groups of comparative experiments for instrument testing under three vacuum conditions show that the test results accord with the basic law of vacuum drainage, and also confirm the existence of the optimal vacuum degree.
