污水管线渗漏诱发地面下陷数值分析

    摘要:

    针对污水管线渗漏问题,引入广义土体强度公式,基于ABAQUS平台利用USDFLD子程序模拟土体强度参数随饱和度的增加而衰减这一特性。在管线破损范围变化的情况下,以不同埋深的污水管线渗漏在地表形成饱和区的大小来近似估计渗漏发生后可能对地面的影响范围,并分析了渗漏19d内管线上方土体湿陷量的变化情况和地面结构稳定性。研究结果表明:污水管线埋深为1m时渗漏造成的影响范围最小,埋深为2m时渗漏造成的影响范围最大;将湿陷量为30mm设置为地面失稳判据,除埋深为1m的污水管线在分析时间内一直保持稳定外,埋深2~5m的污水管线在渗漏发生15~19d内由深到浅依次发生地面失稳现象。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of sewage pipeline leakage,the attenuation of soil strength parameters with the increase of saturation was simulated in ABAQUS platform with user defined USDFLD subroutine and the generalized soil strength formula. To evaluate the influence range of leakage on the ground surface,this paper analyzes the scope of saturated area by the leakage of sewage pipeline with different buried depths under the condition of the pipeline damage area change. Meanwhile, the variation of soil subsidence above pipelines and the stability of ground structure are also analyzed during 19 days after the leakage. The research results show that for the working condition with a buried depth of 1m,the influence range caused by leakage is the smallest,and the impact range caused by leakage is the largest when the buried depth is 2 m. If the substance is set to 30 mm as the threshold value of goound instability, the case with a buried depth of 1 m kept stable in the analysis time. With specified ground instability threshold values,the sewage pipelines with a depth of 25 m all experienced ground instability from deep to shallow in 15 to 19 days after the leakage occurred.
