    为了探讨不同砂土颗粒排列角度可能引起砂土剪切特性变化这一工程问题,选取日本标准砂(丰浦砂)土样开展相关研究。通过可以改变砂土颗粒排列角度的特殊矩形容器来实现不同砂土颗粒排列角度的设置,并采用真空预压方式制备试验土样;利用全自动单剪直剪仪进行直剪试验,并采用不同的竖向压力模拟不同深度土层所受上覆土层的压力,探究不同砂土颗粒排列角度和不同上覆土层深度砂土剪切特性的变化规律。试验结果表明:对于排水条件下的饱和砂土,随着砂土颗粒排列角度与竖向压力的增大,砂土的抗剪强度逐渐增大,当砂土颗粒角度从0°增大至90°时,其抗剪强度增大了14%左右,当竖向压力由100kPa增大到300kPa时,其抗剪强度增大了11%;砂土颗粒排列角度的变化对砂土剪切模量的影响较小,但竖向压力越大砂土剪切模量越大;砂土抗剪强度达到峰值强度后会有一定的强度衰减,随着砂土颗粒排列角度的增大,砂土抗剪强度衰减率略有增大,而不同竖向压力时砂土抗剪强度衰减率基本保持不变。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the engineering problem that different arrangement angles of sand particles may cause changes in the shear properties of sands,Toyoura sand,as the Japanese standard sand,was selected to carry out the related research. First,a special rectangular container that could change arrangement angles of sand particles was used to set different arrangement angles of sand particles,and soil samples were prepared by the vacuum preloading method. Then,a fullautomatic direct shear test instrument was used to conduct the direct shear tests,and different vertical pressures were used to simulate the pressure of the overlying soil layer with different depths to explore variation rules of shear characteristics of sand soils. In the experiments,the arrangement angles of the sand soil samples were set to four degrees: 0 °,22.5 °,45 °,and 90 °,three different vertical pressures were set for each different particle arrangement angle,and then 12 groups of direct shear tests were carried out in this paper. The test results show that for saturated sand under drainage conditions,shear strengths of the sand soils gradually increase with the increase of arrangement angles of sand particles and the vertical pressures. With increase of arrangement angles of sand particles from 0 ° to 90 °,the shear strength of the sand soils increases by about 14%,while increases by 11% with the increase of vertical pressures from 100kPa to 300kPa. Moreover,the shear modulus of sand soils is almost constant with the variation of particle arrangement angles but increase significantly with the increase of vertical pressures. In addition,the sand soils have a decay after reaching the peak strength. The shear strength decay rates of sand soils increase slightly with the increase of particle arrangement angles but remain almost constant with different vertical pressures.
