    摘要:

    为设计钢筋缠绕钢筒混凝土压力管(BCCP),参考PCCP规范,提出适用于BCCP的外荷载和截面内力计算方法。考虑保护层对整管截面刚度的贡献,通过不同荷载组合工况下截面应力应变线性分布的假设,给出BCCP中管芯、钢筒、钢筋和保护层的应力应变计算方法。设计时遵循工作极限状态、弹性极限状态和强度极限状态设计准则,提出各个极限状态具体的准则条件。选用实际工程中内径2000mm的埋置式BCCP进行计算,结果表明该管型在各个荷载组合工况下计算的判断指标都比相应的设计准则要小,结构是安全的。

    Abstract:

    To design and calculate the barwrapped cylinder concrete pressure pipe (BCCP), the calculation method of external load and section internal forces of BCCP is proposed by referring to the specifications of PCCP in this study. With the consideration of the contribution of the protective cover to the stiffness of whole pipe section, the formulas for calculating the stress and strain of pipe core, cylinder, steel bar and protective cover in BCCP are put forward by using the assumption of the linear distribution of stress and strain on the crosssectional surface under different load combination. The work, elasticity and strength limit state design criteria are followed in the design, and the specific criterion conditions of each limit state are given. An embedded BCCP with an inner diameter of 2000mm is selected for examination. The results show that the judgment indexes of the pipe are smaller than the corresponding design criteria and the structure is safe.
