    使用染色石膏颗粒研究颗粒破碎过程中的形状演化,采用基于正交视图的拍照识别方法获取颗粒形状,借助Weibull分布函数对颗粒形状的统计分布进行定量表征,分析了染色石膏颗粒一维压缩破碎前后的颗粒形状特征。结果表明:破碎产生的颗粒与亲代颗粒粒径相差越大,其表面越粗糙、圆度越差、越扁平,且形状因子分布越不均匀;存活颗粒相比亲代颗粒形状变得更规则,形状因子分布趋向于均一化,而破碎颗粒的形状演化则完全相反;由于整体试样既包含存活颗粒又包含破碎颗粒,其形状演化规律未表现出明显的一致性。

    Abstract:

    Detailed shape evolution during particle crushing was investigated using dyed gypsum particles. The particle shape information was measured from photographs with two orthogonal orientations and the Weibull function was introduced to quantify the statistical distribution of particle shapes. Then, the shape characteristics of particles under one-dimensional compression were investigated. It is found that child particles that have more size differences with parent particles are more rough, less spherical, more elongated, and flatter, with wider distribution range of shape factors. Surviving particles become more regular compared with parent particles and the distribution ranges of their shape factors tend to narrow down, whereas the broken particles show the opposite changing trends. However, all particles within a size range consist of both the surviving particles and the broken particles so that the overall particle shapes do not show consistent changing trends.
