    采用局部应力集中的最大接触力破碎准则,将阿波罗填充模式和最大接触力方向相结合,考虑整体破碎与局部破碎两种破碎模式,建立模拟粗粒料颗粒破碎的离散元模型,对大粒径堆石料的大型相对密度试验机制进行了研究。结果表明:不同破碎模式下的细观力学响应存在较大差异,模拟大粒径堆石料的局部破碎模式可以有效提高数值模拟的精度;堆石块体强度越高,级配偏差对于极值干密度影响程度越大;密度桶高径比过小时,不利于堆石体的振动密实和颗粒重排列,此时试验级配最大干密度的测量值可能远低于理论值,以测量值作为堆石料现场压实检测判别标准,可能会出现相对密度大于1 的情况。

    Abstract:

    Based on the maximum contact force crushing criterion of local stress concentration, by considering the global fragmentation and the local fragmentation, the Apollo filling mode and the direction of maximum contact force were combined to establish a discrete element model to simulate the particle crushing of coarsely grained rockfill, and the large relative density test mechanism of large size rockfill was studied. The results show that there are great differences in the meso-mechanical responses under different crushing modes, and the numerical simulation accuracy can be effectively improved by simulating the local crushing mode of large size rockfill. The higher the rockfill strength is, the greater the effect of gradation deviation on the extreme dry density is. When the ratio of density bucket height to diameter is too small, it is not good for the vibration compaction and particle rearrangement of rockfill. In this case, the measured value of maximum dry density of test gradation may be far lower than the theoretical value, and the relative density may be greater than one if the measured value is used as the discriminant standard for on-site compaction detection of rockfill.
