    摘要:

    针对以栅格新安江模型为代表的分布式水文模型在秦淮河流域洪水模拟预报中下游感潮河段应用精度受限的问题,以前垾村(秦)站为节点,上游采用栅格新安江模型计算产流,下游采用水动力学模型对受闸泵调度影响的感潮河段水位进行模拟,并采用 K 最近邻( K NN)法和反馈法对模拟结果进行实时校正。结果表明,采用 K NN法校正后确定性系数为0.718~0.975,达到了乙等预报精度要求,可用于秦淮河流域洪水模拟预报。

    Abstract:

    The distributed hydrological model represented by the Grid Xin’anjiang model was used for flood simulation and forecasting in the Qinhuai River Basin. The spatiotemporal simulation is highly refined in the middle and upper reaches, but its application accuracy is limited in the downstream reaches. In this study, the Qianhancun (Qin) station is used as the node, the grid Xin’anjiang model is used to calculate the runoff in the upstream, the hydrodynamic model is used to simulate the water level of the tidal river section affected by the operation of the gate pump in the downstream, and the K -nearest neighbor ( K NN) algorithm and feedback method is adopted to correct the simulation results in real time. After the correction of the K NN method, the coefficient of certainty is 0.718-0.975, which meets the forecast accuracy requirements of Class B.
