    摘要:

    针对贵州省水库雨水情及安全监测设施缺失严重、水文预报及库坝安全风险评估工作效率较低的难题,研发了全省水库运行及安全监测监管系统。该系统基于B/S架构,应用了WebGIS、GNSS等技术,集成了库坝雨水情测报与安全监测两大功能,并利用现有数据及相关挖掘方法初步集成了库坝工程信息识别与风险评估功能。该系统包含整体功能模块及典型工程展示模块,具备较强的大坝安全监测及雨水情测报能力,可有效提升全省洪灾预警预报防御能力,并为水库安全运行及智慧管理提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the serious lack of rainfall-flood regime and safety monitoring, and the difficulty of hydrological forecast and risk assessment of reservoir safety in Guizhou Province, a supervision system is developed for the reservoir operation and safety monitoring of the whole province. Based on a Browser/Server architecture, the system used the WebGIS, GNSS and other technologies, and possesses both the functions of rainfall-flood forecasting and dam safety monitoring; with the collected history information and real-time data, the mining technology is pursued for further information identification and risk management. By providing the display modules of the overall function and typical projects, the system shows a strong performance for the dam safety monitoring and rainfall-flood forecasting ability, can facilitate the capability of flood forecast and disaster defense in Guizhou province, and thus provides technical support for the safe operation and intelligent management of reservoirs.
