    考虑低温材料非线性和结构几何非线性因素,基于参数化模型构建了液化天然气低温螺旋波纹管三维壳体有限元模型,模拟分析了不同波高、波长和厚度3个轴向截面参数对低温螺旋波纹管拉伸性能的影响规律,探讨了不同参数下低温螺旋波纹管的应力分布、应变特性和拉伸刚度变化规律。模拟结果表明:轴向截面参数显著影响低温螺旋波纹管的拉伸性能,波高越大,轴向应力和应变越高,而拉伸刚度则越低;波长越大,拉伸刚度和应力越大;厚度越大,低温螺旋波纹管承受的拉伸荷载和拉伸刚度越大。

    Abstract:

    By taking into account the nonlinear factors of the cryogenic material and the structural geometric nonlinearities, a three-dimensional shell finite element model of the liquefied natural gas (LNG)cryogenic helical corrugated tube was constructed based on the parametric model. The influence of three axial cross-sectional parameters, namely wave height, wavelength, and thickness, on the tensile properties of the cryogenic helical corrugated tube was simulated and analyzed.The variation laws of stress distribution, strain characteristics, and tensile stiffness of the cryogenic helical corrugated tube under different parameters were discussed. The simulation results show that the axial cross-sectional parameters significantly affect the tensile properties of the cryogenic helical corrugated tube. As the wave height increases, both the axial stress and strain values increase, while the tensile stiffness decreases; as the wavelength increases, both the tensile stiffness and stress increase; as the thickness increases, the tensile load and tensile stiffness that the cryogenic helical corrugated tube can withstand both increase.
