    基于混凝土碳化深度建立渡槽结构时变功能函数,采用点估计法求取前三阶统计矩,对比分析了3种三阶矩法的时变可靠指标计算结果,并提出了基于时变可靠指标的渡槽剩余使用寿命预测方法。以湖南省砂子背渡槽为例,计算了其在混凝土碳化失效模式下的失效概率与可靠指标,并通过数据拟合得到剩余使用寿命预测公式。结果表明:基于对数正态分布的三阶矩法精度和适用性最佳,与蒙特卡罗模拟结果高度一致,误差仅为0.42%;基于平方正态分布与指数函数的三阶矩法计算效率较高,但误差分别为8.23%和9.31%。提出的渡槽剩余使用寿命预测方法可用于渡槽碳化失效条件下的结构寿命评估及安全维护。

    Abstract:

    A time-dependent performance function for the aqueduct structure was established based on concrete carbonation depth. The first three statistical moments were obtained using the point estimate method, and the calculation results of time-dependent reliability indices by three third-moment methods were comparatively analyzed. Furthermore, remaining service life prediction method for aqueducts based on the time-dependent reliability index was proposed. By taking the Shazibei Aqueduct in Hunan Province as an example, the failure probability and reliability index under the concrete carbonation failure mode were calculated, and the remaining service life prediction formula was obtained through data fitting. The results indicate that the third-moment method based on lognormal distribution exhibits the best accuracy and applicability, which is highly consistent with the Monte Carlo simulation results, with an error of 0.42%. The third-moment methods based on the square normal distribution and exponential function have higher calculation efficiency, but the errors are 8.23% and 9.31%, respectively. The proposed method can be used for life assessment and maintenance of aqueducts under carbonation failure conditions.
