海平面与调和常数波动下的海图深度基准面误差分析

    为提高海图的精确度,需要定量分析海平面及调和常数波动下的海图深度基准面误差范围。以浙江乍浦、定海和健跳3个站为例,对多年观测资料进行了逐年调和分析,结果显示,3个站年平均海平面均呈波动性上升趋势,年际间最大偏差分别为21 cm、16 cm、16 cm。主要分潮振幅的年际变化不尽相同,相对变化幅度表现为年周期分潮大于半日分潮大于日分潮,Sa、M2、S2、K1和O1分潮振幅最大偏差分别为13 cm、20 cm、10 cm、3 cm、3 cm。由于海平面和调和常数的不稳定性,3个测站的海图深度基准面最大误差分别为33 cm、26 cm和31 cm,即使都采用弗拉基米斯基十三分潮算法,最大偏差仍然可达28 cm,22 cm和28 cm。相比而言,理论深度基准面的历时露滩累计频率在1%以下,且普适性较高。

    Abstract:

    Quantitative analysis of the error of the chart datum under the variations of mean sea level and harmonic constants can improve the accuracy of sea charts. Year-to-year harmonic analyses were carried out using multiyear monitoring data from the Zhapu, Dinghai, and Jiantiao stations in Zhejiang Province. The mean annual sea level of the three stations shows an increasing tendency with fluctuation, and the maximum interannual errors are 21 cm, 16 cm, and 16 cm. The interannual variations of the amplitudes of the main tidal constituents are not all the same: the relative change of annual constituents is larger than that of semidiurnal constituents, which in turn is larger than that of diurnal constituents. The maximum errors of the amplitudes of the Sa, M2, S2, K1, and O1 components are 13 cm, 20 cm, 10 cm, 3 cm, and 3 cm, respectively. As a result of the instability of the mean sea level and harmonic constants, the maximum errors of the chart datum of the Zhapu, Dinghai, and Jiantiao stations are 33 cm, 26 cm, and 31 cm, respectively, and even if Vladimir J Kis thirteen subtidal algorithm is used, the maximum errors can reach 28 cm, 22 cm, and 28 cm. In contrast, the cumulative frequency of shoals using the theoretical depth datum is below 1%, indicating wide applicability.
