    摘要:

    针对金川矿山开采面临的采矿经济与环保压力,利用酒钢低活性酸性矿渣,开展新型充填胶 凝材料开发,获得称为固结粉的早强型新型充填胶凝材料。为了实现固结粉在金川矿山工业化应 用,针对金川矿山废石、棒磨砂、戈壁砂和河沙等骨料,开展了4 种充填骨料的固结粉胶结充填体抗 压强度试验。结果表明,除了戈壁粗砂骨料胶结充填体3 d 抗压强度小于设计抗压强度外,其他 3 种充填骨料的固结粉胶结充填体抗压强度均满足金川矿山安全采矿要求,说明早强型固结粉胶 凝材料应用于金川矿山充填法采矿中能够替代水泥。

    Abstract:

    Considering economic and environmental pressure in mining in Jinchuan City,development of a new filling cementing material was carried out using acid slag with low activity at the Jiugang Company,and an early-strength filling cementing material,called consolidation powder,was obtained. In order to use the consolidation power in Jinchuan Mine,compressive strength tests on consolidation powder were carried out for four kinds of filling aggregates,including waste rock,rod milling sand,Gobi Desert sand,and river sand. The results show that the compressive strength of the cemented filling body of Gobi Desert sand for a curing period of three days is lower than the design compressive strength,and the compressive strength of the cemented filling bodies of the three other kinds of filling aggregates meet the strength requirements of a filling body for safe mining in Jinchuan Mine,indicating that the early-strength consolidation powder filling cementing material can replace cement for filling mining in Jinchuan Mine.
