    为从更多角度、更准确进行冻土接触面力学性能试验研究,对原冻土直剪仪进行多功能改进 完善:对温度采集、位移测量、冻土盒装卸等装置进行改进,使冻土直剪仪能更好地满足冻土接触面 力学性能试验要求;在原冻土直剪仪基础平台上集成冻土接触面冻结强度试验、冻土界面层力学特 性试验模块,满足多功能试验要求;新功能开发采用模块化设计,注重各功能模块的兼容性和功能 切换的方便性。试验结果表明改进后的冻土直剪仪能满足冻土接触面冻结强度、接触界面层力学 特性等多功能试验要求,试验数据稳定可靠。

    Abstract:

    For the purpose of making a more accurate study on the interface mechanical properties of the frozen soil from more perspectives, improvements on the original multi-function direct shear apparatus for frozen soil are conducted, which involve improvements on temperature collecting and recording device, displacement measuring device, and loading and unloading device for frozen soil box. These improvements will allow the direct shear apparatus to better meet testing requirements on the interface mechanical properties of frozen soil. Based on the original direct shear apparatus, modules related to the adfreezing strength test on the interface of frozen soil and the mechanical property test on the interface layer of frozen soil are integrated, meeting the multi-function testing requirements. The new functions are developed by means of modular design, in which the compatibility and convenience of switching between different functional modules are emphasized. The experimental results have shown that the improved direct shear apparatus is able to meet the multi-function experiment requirements for the frozen soil, such as the research on the adfreezing strength and mechanical properties of interface layer, and the testing data is demonstrated to be stable and reliable.
