    以3个剪跨比为3.0桥墩试件(包含1个混合桥墩试件和2个对比试件)的拟静力试验为基础,研究混合桥墩与钢筋混凝土桥墩、钢管混凝土组合桥墩抗震性能的差异,并以此作为混合桥墩方案是否可行的评判依据。结果表明:3个桥墩试件均发生弯曲延性破坏,但混合桥墩试件的裂缝数量多、沿墩身分布范围广;混合桥墩试件的抗震性能要明显优越于钢筋混凝土桥墩试件,其位移延性和自复位能力甚至比钢管混凝土组合桥墩试件更为出色;混合桥墩兼顾了经济性和耐震性,在地震设防区是一个极具竞争力的桥墩方案。

    Abstract:

    The main objective of this paper is to examine the feasibility of the hybrid bridge column. To address this problem, quasi-static tests are conducted to explore the differences of seismic behaviors between hybrid bridge column and reinforced concrete(RC)bridge column and STRC bridge column, each column with shear span ratio of 3. 0. The test results show that flexural-ductile failures are observed for all three columns, and much more cracks with wider distribution area are found to be created in the hybrid bridge column. This demonstrates that the hybrid bridge column yields a much better seismic behavior over the RC bridge column. In addition, the ductility and self-centering capability of hybrid bridge column are superior to those of the STRC bridge column. In general, the hybrid bridge column has the advantage of both economical efficiency and favorable seismic behavior, thus can be considered as a highly competitive bridge column scheme in seismic active regions.
