    摘要:

    针对钢桥面板顶板与U肋连接焊缝在不同构造参数下的应力变化,分析该细节的受力机理,对比两种不同U肋构造的应力分布特征;建立局部足尺模型,通过提取顶板焊缝的应力梯度,分析应力的变化情况,得出顶板与U肋连接焊缝在不同构造参数下的应力分布规律。结果表明,截断U肋与完整U肋均可如实反映顶板与U肋连接焊缝的受力情况;顶板厚度与熔透率越大,顶板与U肋连接焊缝的总体应力越小,即改善受力性能的效果越好;U肋厚度对顶板与U肋连接焊缝的应力影响不大。

    Abstract:

    The stress change of deck-U rib joint weld in the steel bridge was studied considering different structural parameters. Meanwhile, the stress mechanism was also analyzed to compare the stress distributions of two different U rib structures. The stress gradient of the deck weld was extracted to investigate the law of stress change. After that, the fatigue stress distribution of deck-U rib joint weld under different structural parameters was analyzed. The result shows that cut U rib and full U rib can both reflect the mechanical performance of deck-U rib joint weld faithfully. The greater the deck thickness and penetration rate are, the smaller the stress of deck-U rib joint weld is. Therefore, increasing the deck thickness can improve the mechanical performance. Besides, the U rib thickness and weld leg size exert little influence on the stress of deck-U rib joint weld.
