    通过构建面向变电站的差异化技术改造模型,评价二次设备技术改造升级方案,实现了二次设备技术改造的差异化与精准化。(a)通过分析二次设备使用历史信息记录与相关规范和标准,结合变电站实际运行情况构建改造方案评价指标体系;(b)完善了评价细则,并给出各指标的计算模型和量化方法;(c)引入三角直觉模糊数,定义新的得分函数改进模糊层次分析法,建立求解非可加多属性决策模型;(d)为验证改进模型的有效性,利用差异化技术改造实际案例进行验证,获得区分度较好的评价结果。

    Abstract:

    By constructing a differentiated technical-transformation model for substation, the technical upgrading scheme of secondary equipment was evaluated, and the differentiation and precision of secondary-equipment technical transformation were realized. Firstly, through analyzing history information records, relevant regulations and standards of secondary equipment, combined with the actual operation of substation, the evaluation index system of reforming scheme was constructed. Then, the evaluation rules were perfected, and the calculation model and quantification method of each index were given. Thirdly, the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number was introduced, a new score function was defined to improve the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), and a non-additive multi-attribute decision-making model was established. Finally, in order to verify the validity of the improved model, an actual case of differential technical transformation was adopted, and the evaluation results are obtained with better discrimination.
