    摘要:

    为研究不同倾斜角的叶尖小翼对叶片气动性能的影响,设计了5种不同倾斜角的叶尖小翼,并采用结构化网格技术与CFD数值计算方法对比分析其气动性能。研究结果表明:与原始风力机相比,5种不同小翼对风力机输出功率及风能利用率均明显提升,最大输出功率增长16.73%,风能利用率增长4.41%;倾斜角较大的叶尖小翼能更多地增大叶片的上、下翼面压差,且翼根弯矩更小;大倾斜角小翼能明显改善叶尖绕流,打散叶尖拽拖强涡量,降低叶尖能耗损失。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the influence of different inclination angles of tip winglets on the efficiency of horizontal axis wind turbine blades, five kinds of tip winglets with different inclination angles were designed. The aerodynamic performance of tip winglets with different inclination angles was analyzed by the structured grid technique and the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method. Thereafter, the results by analyzing and comparing their aerodynamic performance show that the output power and rotor power coefficient of five kinds of wind turbines are all significantly improved with winglet, and the maximum output power increases by 16. 73%, while the rotor power coefficient increases by 4. 41%. Winglets with larger inclination angle can more increase pressure difference between the upper and lower airfoil section of the blade and the bend moment of the root of winglet is smaller. Besides, winglets with large inclination angle can significantly improve the tip flow around the blade, break up the strong vorticity dragged at the tip of blade, and reduce the loss of energy at the blade tip.
