    摘要:

    洪水预警预报平台以大量水文数据为支撑,针对中小河流水文气象数据缺失、异常等问题,提出多源水文气象数据质量控制技术和方法;研发云环境下具有状态和交互特征的模型封装服务技术,提供数据、算法和模型多层次按需服务;提出中小河流垂直河道淹没算法,并实现基于UE4虚拟引擎的洪水淹没可视化。基于以上关键技术,研发中小河流洪水预报智能调度平台,该平台已在示范流域安徽屯溪得到应用,并推广至南京秦淮河以及福建漳州等流域。

    Abstract:

    The flood early warning and forecast platform needs to be supported by many hydrological data, and to deal with the absence and anomaly of hydrometeorological data in small and medium-sized rivers, this study proposes the quality control technology and method of multi-source hydrometeorological data. The model encapsulation service technology with state and interaction characteristics is studied and developed in cloud environment to provide multi-level on-demand services of data, algorithms, and models. The vertical channel inundation algorithm of small and medium-sized rivers is proposed, and the visualization of flood inundation based on UE4 virtual engine is realized. Based on above key technologies, an intelligent flood forecasting and dispatching platform for small and medium-sized rivers is developed. At present, the platform has been applied in the Tunxi demonstration basin in Anhui Province, and extended to the Qinhuai River in Nanjing and Zhangzhou of Fujian Province, providing important support for the flood prediction and early warning of small and medium-sized rivers.
