    为探索更适应现状行洪格局的新防洪治理方案,基于珠江河网潮流水动力数学模型,在研究现状洪水格局的基础上,提出洪水就近入海治理方案,定量分析方案中就近入海行洪通道疏浚对洪水排泄的影响。结果表明:现状条件下,西四口门中磨刀门泄流量最大,崖门泄流路径最短;东四口门中,蕉门所承担西北江的泄流量最大,且泄流路径最短。洪水就近入海方案实施后,西四口门中崖门泄流量增加,增幅为28.05万m3,分配比增加0.50%;东四口门中蕉门和虎门泄流量增加,增幅分别为11.10万m3和15.37万m3,分配比分别增加0.20%和0.27%,方案达到洪水就近入海的效果。研究成果可为珠江三角洲防洪方案的制定提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    To explore a new flood control scheme adapting to the current flood pattern, the flood control scheme for “flood discharge from the nearer route” is proposed based on studying the current flood pattern. The effect of river dredging of nearer route on the flood discharge is quantitatively calculated based on the hydrodynamic model for river network in the Pearl River Delta. The results show that the discharge of Modaomen is the largest and the discharge path of Yamen is the shortest in the west four estuaries. Jiaomen had the largest discharge, and its discharge path is also the shortest in the east four estuaries. After the channel dredging, the discharge of Yamen which is the one of the west four estuaries increased by 2. 805×105 m3, and the distribution ratio increased by 0. 50%. The discharge rate of Jiaomen and Humen in the east four estuaries increased by 1. 11 ×105 m3 and 1. 537×105 m3, with a distribution ratio of 0. 20% and 0. 27%, respectively. The flood control scheme has achieved the expected effect, which can provide technical support for the implementation of the Pearl River Delta flood control program.
