    利用DEM数据及GIS空间分析技术构建洪涝淹没分析模块,将圩区概化为“零维调蓄单元”,实现圩区的精细化模拟,与细化后的太湖流域水文水动力学模型耦合,建立能够可靠模拟太湖流域洪涝淹没状态的数学模型。选择2016年流域性暴雨洪涝资料进行模拟验证,与代表站实测水位及实际洪涝灾情分布对比表明,构建的洪涝淹没仿真模型可靠有效。针对梅雨与台风雨组合情景,采用该模型模拟了太湖流域洪涝灾害状态,得出了科学合理的结果,为流域洪水风险管理提供了技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    DEM data and GIS spatial analysis technology were used to construct a flood and inundation analysis module. Polder areas were generalized into a zero-dimensional storage unit to realize elaborate simulation of polder areas. Coupled with the refined hydrological and hydrodynamic model of the Taihu Basin, a reliable flood inundation simulation model was established. The flood event occurred in 2016 was selected for model verification. Comparison of water levels and real flood inundation distribution between the simulation and observation from the Taihu station and other representative stations shows that the constructed model is reliable. The verified model was used to simulate the flood inundation of the Taihu Basin under the scenario of plum rain encountering typhoon rainstorm. The simulation results are scientific and reasonable, which can provide technical support for basin flood risk management.
