    基于支持向量机(SVM)建立了圆柱型桥墩局部冲刷深度预测模型,采用440组恒定流工况下圆柱型桥墩基础局部冲刷试验数据,对模型进行训练并对桥墩冲刷影响因素进行敏感性分析。分析结果表明,建立的模型冲刷深度预测值与试验值吻合良好,模型具有可行性和有效性;泥沙分层系数和水流强度对模型训练结果影响较大。

    Abstract:

    A model based on support vector machine (SVM) was developed for predicting the local scour depth around circular piers. The model was trained by 440 experimental local scour data of circular pier foundation under the condition of steady flow. The sensitivity of the factors affecting the scour depth was also evaluated. The results show a good agreement between the predicted scour depth and the measured value, indicting the applicability and effectiveness of the developed model. The developed model is sensitive to the geometric standard deviation of sediment and flow intensity.
