    采用mike11软件建立了沂河水流数学模型,运用实测资料进行了模型验证,选取沂河、祊河等6 座橡胶坝进行了单坝的泄流过程计算,依据橡胶坝的调度原则,开展了橡胶坝群的联合运用研究。结果表明:在考虑全塌坝时间均为4 h 条件下,橡胶坝群联合运用后下游临沂断面洪峰流量1427 m3 / s 较小埠东单坝塌坝时的洪峰流量1414 m3 / s 增幅小于1%。当临沂断面以上所来洪水的预见期在8.95h 以上时,给出的2012 年洪水条件下橡胶坝的塌坝方案可提前下泄橡胶坝拦蓄的水量而不增大洪峰流量。

    Abstract:

    The hydrodynamic numerical model of the Yihe River was established based on MIKE 11 software, and the model was verified by using the measured data. Six rubber dams along the Yihe River and the Benghe River were selected, among which the discharge process of each single rubber dam was calculated first and then the joint application of rubber dams was studied according to the scheduling principle of the dam group. The results show that in the condition of 4 hours collapsing time for all the dams, the peak discharge downstream the Linyi section is 1.427 m3/s and the peak discharge of the Xiaobudong rubber dam is 1.414 m3/s. The increase of discharge is less than 1% after the operation of rubber dam group. The scheme of dam collapse is put forward under the flood condition in 2022, in which the flood forecasting time upstream the Linyi section is longer than 8.95 hours. The proposed dam collapse scheme can store the water in advance and the peak flow discharge is not increased.
