    摘要:

    针对当前我国水资源短缺问题,结合虚拟水概念及其特性,构建了水资源量、虚拟水、生态环境和社会经济4个维度的区域水资源承载力评价指标体系,利用变权法确定指标权重,建立了评价虚拟水影响下水资源承载力的改进物元可拓模型,并应用于粤港澳大湾区9市水资源承载力评价。评价结果表明,深圳水资源超载,广州、佛山为临界超载,其他地市为弱可承载或可承载,模型评价结果可为区域水资源优化配置提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of water resources shortage in China, the evaluation index system of regional water resources carrying capacity was constructed in the four dimensions of water resources, virtual water, ecological environment and social economy, in which the new concepts and characteristics of virtual water were combined. Variable weight method was used to determine the weight of evaluation index. The improved matter-element extension model of water resources carrying capacity under the influence of virtual water was constructed and applied to 9 cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The results show that the water resources are overloaded in Shenzhen, critically overloaded in Guangzhou and Foshan, and weakly bearable or bearable in other cities. The model evaluation results can provide reference for regional water resources optimal allocation.
